FITNESS BACKGROUND

I have been active in many sports from a very young age, which is how I evolved to the fitness industry, opening up new gyms and health clubs over the years. After studying in Sports College. I started to explore all aspects of fitness from leisure and Spas to recreational and outdoor pursuits. Martial Arts, Swimming, Kayaking, Mountain biking, Snowboarding, Surfing, Rock Climbing and Hiking are what I do outside of the gym to stay active and healthy while having Fun.

Played lots of sports as a child like football, basketball, badminton, tennis, boxing & started in the gym at 14. I began coaching friends at20, then got qualified. I’ve been coaching professionally for over a decade now and love it!
