My fitness journey began in 1994 as a PE Teacher, I’ve been bodybuilding internationally since 2004, & l’ve won numerous titles. I’m currently an international elite pro judge for the IFBB (International Fitness Bodybuilding Federation) judging around the world at competitions like the Arnold Classics, Europeans & World Championships.

Discipline will get you further than motivation! You may not always be motivated to eat healthy or get that session in but you will always feel better once you know you’ve done it and your body and mind will thank you for it.

I’ve always been into sports when I was younger and done all types of things like Gaelic football, dancing and horse riding. I’ve been going to the gym for a few years now and absolutely love doing my own training and helping others love it too!

Consistency is key but also be kind to yourself and remember that you are human and life just happens sometimes and rather than hyper fixating on your end goal, focus on the smaller goals you can achieve as you go.
