DO NOT compare your journey with others, maximize your strengths & inspire others. “someone else’s”, it’s not healthy, take your time & monitor your own progress in.
Know yourself, accept your limitations, maximize your strengths & inspire others.
It’s you VS. you. The only person you should be comparing yourself to & trying to beat, is you. 1% improvements add up.

Discipline will get you further than motivation! You may not always be motivated to eat healthy or get that session in but you will always feel better once you know you’ve done it and your body and mind will thank you for it.
I’ve always been into sports when I was younger and done all types of things like Gaelic football, dancing and horse riding. I’ve been going to the gym for a few years now and absolutely love doing my own training and helping others love it too!
Consistency is key but also be kind to yourself and remember that you are human and life just happens sometimes and rather than hyper fixating on your end goal, focus on the smaller goals you can achieve as you go.
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.
